The Breakdown:

The Athens Church Beechwood project combined new construction and adaptive reuse to create a dynamic worship and community space within an active retail campus. The work included building a new 21,000-SF, two-story worship center designed to serve as the heart of the church’s ministry. Alongside it, a 28,500-SF cold, dark shell was fully renovated into programming and administrative space, providing classrooms, offices, and support areas to meet the growing needs of the congregation. Together, these spaces deliver a modern environment that supports both worship and daily operations while integrating seamlessly into the surrounding retail setting.
