Lee Grahl
President
Early on, Lee’s passion for the construction industry led him to Georgia Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. After completing his degree, Lee moved to Athens, where he accepted a job with a large commercial contractor. He served as a project manager for several years before establishing Grahl Construction in 2012. Grahl Construction’s success can be attributed to Lee’s project leadership experience and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Chris Gareau
Executive Vice President
Since receiving his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University, Chris has managed a wide range of construction projects throughout the state. He joined the Grahl team in 2015 after a successful career with a large commercial contractor.
Chris became a principal owner in 2020. As Executive Vice President, Chris oversees preconstruction, project management, and business development.

Amy Pippin
Vice President, Finance
Amy received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and her Master of Accountancy from the Georgia State University Robinson School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in public accounting at one of the largest accounting firms in Atlanta, as well as in audit management at a Fortune 10 company. She joined the Grahl Construction team in 2020.

Danny Staton

Originally from Athens, GA, Danny has spent the past 22 years in Charlotte, NC working across the Carolinas in various leadership roles in operations and preconstruction. He holds a Construction Management degree from Georgia Southern University – where he first met Lee Grahl and Chris Gareau – and an MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. With broad experience spanning all market segments of the industry, Danny provides operational leadership and now leads the Carolinas market from the Charlotte office.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Georgia College & State University. After a successful career in sales and lending, Jessica joined our team in 2022 to oversee our marketing strategy and business development efforts. Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge in community engagement and business development to the Grahl Construction team.
