Grahl Construction was established in 2012 with an emphasis on honesty, integrity and client-focused service. Since then, Grahl has grown rapidly, adding members to our team and setting our sights on the future. 

Throughout our growth, our commitment to our clients has remained constant. Our executive leadership serves as project management for each job we undertake. Our customers appreciate knowing that their project will be managed by experienced, senior level team members, regardless of size. Meet the Leadership Team

Lee Grahl


Early on, Lee’s passion for the construction industry led him to Georgia Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. After completing his degree, Lee moved to Athens, where he accepted a job with a large commercial contractor. He served as a project manager for several years before establishing Grahl Construction in 2012. Grahl Construction’s success can be attributed to Lee’s project leadership experience and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Chris Gareau

Vice President

Since receiving his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University, Chris has managed a wide range of construction projects throughout the state. He joined the Grahl team in 2015 after a successful career with a large commercial contractor. As Vice President, Chris oversees preconstruction, project management and business development.



Amy received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and her Master of Accountancy from the Georgia State University Robinson School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in public accounting at one of the largest accounting firms in Atlanta as well as in audit management at a Fortune 10 company. She joined the Grahl Construction team in 2020. 



Director of Business Development

Chuck received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has over 35 years of experience in the field of engineering. He recently retired as President from one of the largest consulting engineering firms in the nation. He returned to the industry by joining Grahl’s team in 2018. Chuck is the head of business development, and is responsible for client relations and procurement of new business. 


Marketing Manager

Audrey received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, and began her career in marketing with an executive search firm based out of Atlanta. She joined Grahl’s team in 2018, and now spearheads all marketing efforts as well as provides support for business development.
