Meet the Leadership Team

Lee Grahl

President

Early on, Lee’s passion for the construction industry led him to Georgia Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. After completing his degree, Lee moved to Athens, where he accepted a job with a large commercial contractor. He served as a project manager for several years before establishing Grahl Construction in 2012. Grahl Construction’s success can be attributed to Lee’s project leadership experience and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Chris Gareau

Vice President

Since receiving his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University, Chris has managed a wide range of construction projects throughout the state. He joined the Grahl team in 2015 after a successful career with a large commercial contractor. Chris became a principal owner in 2020 and serves as Grahl Construction’s Vice President. As Vice President, Chris oversees preconstruction, project management and business development.

AMY PIPPIN

Controller

Amy received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and her Master of Accountancy from the Georgia State University Robinson School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in public accounting at one of the largest accounting firms in Atlanta as well as in audit management at a Fortune 10 company. She joined the Grahl Construction team in 2020. 

 

CHUCK JORDAN

Director of Business Development

Chuck received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has over 35 years of experience in the field of engineering. He recently retired as President from one of the largest consulting engineering firms in the nation. He returned to the industry by joining Grahl’s team in 2018. Chuck is the head of business development, and is responsible for client relations and procurement of new business. 

JESSICA ROBERTS

Marketing Manager

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Georgia College & State University. After a successful career in sales and lending for the past five years, Jessica joined our team as the Marketing Manager in 2022 to oversee our marketing strategy. Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge in community engagement and business development to the Grahl Construction team.

MARTHA SPROULL

Office Manager & Project Coordinator

Martha is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® and a skilled leader in the project coordination & marketing space. After spearheading corporate marketing projects for eight years at one of the largest beverage manufacturers in the Southeast, Martha joined Grahl Construction in 2021 to support our project management, finance, and marketing teams. Martha earned her Business Administration diploma from Athens Technical College.
