In April, we were thrilled to join Athens Area Urology in commemorating the grand opening of their new facility in Watkinsville, Georgia. Our executive and project team joined the doctors and clinical staff to celebrate their new facility. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and an official ribbon cutting to mark the occasion.

The master plan for the project was the vision of the doctor team and E+E Architecture. Renovated from the former Golden Pantry headquarters, Athens Area Urology’s new clinic and administrative building totals over 18,000 square feet of heated and cooled space. The building received a full renovation, including new insulation, polished concrete floors, new wall systems, ceilings, bathrooms, windows and window treatments, interior and exterior paint, ADA accessibility improvements, landscaping, and a new entrance including sliding glass doors and a porte-cochere.
