The Breakdown:
The Advantage Behavioral Health project delivered a full renovation of the health campus, transforming it into a modern facility designed to meet both clinical and community needs. Inside, the work included all-new MEP systems, updated clinical areas, a critical stabilization unit, office and breakroom spaces, welcoming waiting areas, and even an indoor basketball gym to support wellness. Exterior improvements brought new life to the building with a roof replacement, structural upgrades, repaired decking, and refreshed façade treatments. The result is a revitalized campus built to provide essential care in a safe, functional, and supportive environment.
