The Breakdown:
Construction began in Summer 2025 on a comprehensive renovation and expansion of Carver Middle School. The project includes major site improvements and the addition of a new classroom wing, cafeteria, and fine arts spaces, all seamlessly connected to the existing facility by Summer 2026.
In addition to the new construction, Grahl Construction will complete a full renovation of the existing school, including upgrades to the auditorium, administrative offices, and all classrooms. The project also features a full HVAC system replacement to improve energy efficiency and climate control across the campus.
Additional enhancements include a fully renovated kitchen, updated ceilings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, casework, flooring, and other interior finishes. Electrical infrastructure upgrades will further ensure the facility meets modern safety and technology standards, supporting the school’s long-term success.
