The Breakdown:
This two story facility is designed for administrative and athletic functions. The first floor features a spacious open area, a serving kitchen, coaches’ office suites, and a conference room. The lower level houses a weight room, athletic training room, equipment room, physical therapy room, and multiple locker rooms.
Built on a tight site next to an active football field, the project required strategic planning to manage space constraints. The structure consists of concrete footings, retaining walls, and a structural steel frame. A durable brick exterior ensures longevity and aesthetic appeal.
