The Breakdown:

The Commerce City Hall and Civic Center project brought new life to a historic building that once housed a Wrangler jean factory. The renovation transformed the space into a modern hub for city offices, meeting rooms, and community events while honoring its industrial past. Crews replaced all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, installed a new roof, added structural steel upgrades, and poured new exterior concrete. Inside, every finish was renewed, and the original wood flooring was carefully refinished to highlight the character of the building. The result is a civic landmark that blends history with functionality and has been designed to serve the community for generations to come.
