The Breakdown:
The Kidney Clinic of Athens project consists of approximately three (3) acres of sitework as well as the ground up building of a 5,500 sf Kidney clinic. Sitework includes mass grading & haul off, utility placement and curb and gutter as well as preparing three (3) distinct building pads. One of the three building pads wil be built immediately and the other two are for future expansion. The Kidney clinic itself is a 5,500 sf wood framed structure with a brick and Nichiha siding exterior. The interior includes six (6) offices and seven exam rooms as well as several specialty areas such as ultrasound and infusion.
