The Breakdown:
This project included a 27,000 sf addition at Gaines Elementary School featuring new classrooms, gang bathrooms, a professional learning area, and a stage within the existing gymnasium, along with rerouting underground utilities and a full-building roof replacement. The project also included the renovation of approximately 70,000 sf of the existing school, with updated finishes to align with the new additions, kitchen enhancements, and gymnasium upgrades featuring new sports equipment and athletic flooring.
