The Breakdown:
This multi-phase campus improvement project at Greene County High School includes several upgrades designed to enhance athletics, academics, and the overall student experience across campus. The first phase includes new storage buildings located beneath the stadium bleachers, strategically maximizing existing space while providing more than 2,000 sf of secure storage for football and soccer equipment. The scope also includes auditorium renovations featuring upgraded stage equipment, modern lighting and sound systems, new flooring, and refreshed theatre seating to improve both performance capabilities and audience comfort. Summer work will include HVAC and roof replacements scheduled while the school is unoccupied to minimize disruption. The final phase includes a new 3,000 sf Agricultural Facility featuring an agricultural lab, classroom, office, prep room, storage, and restroom, along with an attached greenhouse and open-air plant house to support hands-on learning opportunities for students.
