The Breakdown:
Renovation of approximately 2,500 sf within an active Physicians office to upfit the check in area, add ADA restrooms, and improve work flow throughout the 12,000 sf facility. Logistical challenges included working with clinical staff and patients as well as maintaining negative air within a dust containment throughout the project. The project included all new finishes as well as multiple door swap-outs & size changes with electrified hardware. MEPs were all refreshed during this project, with all new light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and HVAC supplies & returns.
